Our Covid-19 Processes

WE ARE ESSENTIAL AND OPEN FOR BUSINESS.

Here at Kleen Cut Irrigation the safety and well being of our employees and customers is our top priority. This is more important than ever right now as we closely monitor updates on the ever changing COVID-19 rules and regulations. We have been deemed essential by the NYS department of labor and licensing to perform system maintenance which includes spring turn ons, repairs and backflow certifications. We are also staffed and ready to install complete new installations. We are open and operating as usual with a few new procedures that will keep us and you our valued customers as safe as possible.

Our staff has been instructed to keep their hands clean, wear protective gloves, face coverings and maintain a social distance of at least 6 feet.

With the spring season here our turn on service will run as normal with a few changes.

Our process will be as follows:

  • You will get a call from our technician when he is on the way to your home. If your controller is in the garage we ask that you open the garage door to prepare for your technician’s arrival. If it is in the house and not Wi-Fi controlled we ask that you run it for them if you are able as another means of limiting contact.
  • We ask that you then turn on the water. This is typically in the basement or utility room of your home. It is normally labeled with a Kleen Cut Irrigation tag and sticker. If you are not sure where it is please contact us prior to your appointment date and we will be able to easily walk you through the process.
  • If the controller is either WI-Fi or in the garage the technician will perform the service and then notify you of any repairs that need to be done.
  • For payment we will leave you an invoice and ask that you send a check as you always have. We also can email you an invoice where you can securely pay online. This is just another process in which we are doing our best to limit any unnecessary contact.

We have reduced the staff in our office as well as in the field for their safety and ask that you please be patient in these challenging times. In lieu of the office staff fielding calls we have decided to forward all calls to the field at this time and either Gary or Brian will be able to take your call quickly and get you on the schedule. Alternatively, you can email us at info@kleencutirrigation.com to schedule an appointment as well.

Again, our primary concern is the health and well being of our customers and our staff. As you know we are a family business and we care for our employees and customers alike. We value your loyalty, recommendations and we look forward to meeting your irrigation needs in a timely fashion. Please feel free to email us with any questions or concerns at info@kleencutirrigation.com Stay safe and well. Hope to hear from you soon.
